In the afternoon we will pick you up to the Bat Trang ceramics village - a 500-year-old village, located on the left bank of the Red River. There will be a vehicle waiting to transfer you to Sapa when the train arrives Lao Cai train station in the morning. It's take about 1,5 hour for 33 km from the train station to Sapa. After check in the Hotel and freshen up you will have breakfast and then enjoy your free morning to explore around town. In the afternoon, we will have a walking tour to the hill tribe villages of Cat Cat, home of the Blake H'mong minority peoples. Along the way we will meet the local minority people and have opportunities to talk with them and share culture experiences as well as understand the life here.

Day 5: Sapa Trekking Next Day →

In the morning, after having breakfast, you will spend about 3-4 hour to trek along the way call buffalo paths through several hill tribe villages of Lao Chai and Ta Van where H'mong and Dzay ethnic people live. Here you can meet many friendly ethnic people in their traditional customs and fell the peaceful life of people here in their voice and their smile. We will have lunch at a local restaurant on the way to Ta Van village. Then spend time explore the nature and the daily life here before back to Sapa by car for an overnight stay.

Today you will have early breakfast, then spend about 2hours to drive 100km to the Bac Ha Sunday Hill tribe market which starts quite early in the morning and finish around 3 pm. This market opens on Sunday only, and is considered as one of the most exciting, interesting and colorful market in the mountain area in Vietnam. This is the special place where is the most colorful and biggest fair for minority groups, a typical weekly activity for the H'Mong and other minority groups living in the locality. It's not only a market, but a chance for couples, friends, and relatives to meet, talk and enjoy their lives. Your tour continues by walking to H'mong village of Ban Pho. You will have excited opportunity to try some "Bac Ha home-made maize wine" and learn how to make this famous wine by yourself. You will transfer to Lao Cai to have dinner and catch the overnight train to Hanoi.

Day 7: Hanoi - Halong Bay Next Day →

In the early morning we will arrive Hanoi and then drive around the city to enjoy a variety of activities in Hanoi's early morning, include a visit to the Hanoi flower market. After having breakfast you will spend about three hour to drive to Halong Bay. You will be stayed on the traditional junk Cruise 1 day to see beauty of this Heritage and have lunch with fresh seafood on board. It's time for you to discover the magical bay where thousands of sculpted lime stones islands rise from the waves and know about its legend. You also visit an interesting fishing village with opportunity to talk with fishermen who have been living in the bay for almost three generations and get more information about the life of people in the islands. Day 8: Halong Bay - Ninh Binh Next Day →

In the morning, you will visit Bai Dinh Pagoda - the largest pagoda in Vietnam has 500 Arhat statues made of stone standing higher than human's head. Your cycling tour will start from here biking on the countryside road and headed to the ancient Hoa Lu Citadel. Along the way you can explore the King Dinh and King Le Temple which were built in 17th century and worship King Dinh Tien Hoang and King Le Dai Hanh. Continue riding through the limestone peaks to Tam Coc and passing the rice paddies of Red River Delta. After have lunch in Tam Coc, near the sampan pier, you will spend a 3-hour sampan trip along the Boi River to visit the Tam Coc caves. This place include three caves named The First Cave, The Second Cave, The Third Cave and proceeding through a scenic landscape dominated by rice fields and karsts towers. Then you continue biking to Bich Dong Pagoda not very far from here. Finally you will rejoin your car and back to Ninh Binh for an overnight stay.

Day 10: Ninh Binh - World Cultural Heritage Citadel of Ho Dynasty - Quang Binh Next Day →

Activities: Drive to Quang Binh, visit the Citadel of the Ho Dynasty, come to Nhat Le Beach in Quang Binh.

Today you will leave Ninh Binh and we will drive you to Quang Binh - a province on the North Central Coast of Vietnam. Belong the way you will have time stopping to visit the Citadel of the Ho Dynasty that was recognized the World Cultural Heritage Site by UNESCO in June 2011. This citadel was the capital of Vietnam from 1397 to 1407. It also is one of Vietnam's most impressive architectural works which use around 20,000 cubic meters of rock and nearly 100,000 cubic meters of soil. Then you will come to Nhat Le Beach in Quang Binh and stay overnight there.

Day 11: World Heritage Site: Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park Next Day →

Activities: Have a trip on Son River, visit 400 hundred meter high Tien Son Cave, and explore the 600 meter underground river.

After having breakfast you will have a trip on the boat on Son River to enjoy the 400 hundred meter high Tien Son Cave. It's was call Son River or Lipstick River because its water is red in flooding season. Day 12: Quang Binh - Demilitarized Zone - World Heritage Hue Next Day →

In the morning, you will leave Quang Binh and drive to Hue in the Center of Vietnam. In 19th century, Hue was the capital of Vietnam under Nguyen Dynasty for approximately 150 years who built their tombs on the banks of the Perfume River and still famous until now. The characteristics of people here were impacted by the royal lifestyle and customs until now, especially the habit drink the royal tea every day. Before coming to Hue, you will stop to visit part of the DMZ (Demilitarized Zone) including the Vinh Moc Tunnels, Cua Tung Beach, the Ben Hai River and the Quang Tri Citadel. In the morning, your tour will start on the Dragon Boat for cruising on the Perfume River. Hue citadel is famous for ancient tombs of emperors past which lying along the Huong River. At first you will visit the charming Lady Pagoda (Thien Mu Pagoda) which is considered the symbol of Hue, and of Buddhism in Vietnam. Here you can have great view on the Huong River and surrounding area. After that you will visit King Minh Mang's tomb. Today you will leave Hue and we will drive you to Hoi An. On the way, you will travel over the Hai Van Pass and then visit the My Son Cham Ruins. My Son - an impressive place - was the former capital of the ancient Cham civilization that ruled Central Vietnam from the 2nd to the 13th century. Bricks were used to build the temples which had without the aid of mortar and had sculptures of gods, priests, animals, and scenes of mythical battles. This is the pale worships Lord Vishnu. After that you will come to Hoi An - a peaceful historical city. From the 16th to 18th centuries, Hoi An was a international commercial port for Chinese, Dutch, French, Japanese, Portuguese and Arab traders and was renowned for its high grade silk and ceramics, which are still produced in the area.

In the afternoon, you will have a biking tour around country road to experience Vietnamese rural life and talk with local farmer. Next you visit the parallel three towers named Duong Long Tower that were built by brick on 12th century with 29m - 36m long. Especially you will see the unique architecture of Cham Tower named Twin Towers. They were built in 12th century with two tower stand together like a happy couple. In the morning, you will have the opportunity to explore Cu Chi Tunnels - the famous historic place in Cu Chi district, Ho Chi Minh City. Cu Chi tunnels, more than 200km of underground tunnels have many branches connecting to underground hideouts, shelters, and entrances to other tunnels where thousands of fighters and villagers could hide. They were used by Viet Cong during the US - Vietnam War and were their great importance system in resistance to American forces, and helped achieve ultimate military success. Today you will leave Ho Chi Minh City and transfer to My Tho, located in the Mekong Delta. You will take an exciting boat trip to enjoy four beautiful islets: Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise. By this trip you will have chance to discover beautiful landscapes along the river and observe typical rural life on the delta. Especially, you also have opportunity to enjoy seasonal fruit and listen to traditional music by visiting traditional houses which are all made from coconut in Quoi An village.
